The team at Paradise is awesome. Getting to work with cool people across the globe has been so much fun. Everyone is happy to share things about their culture and there is great diversity and acceptance.
I found the majority of the team to be truly dedicated and incredibly skilled at what they do. New ideas and perspectives are valued and celebrated. I've worked in other places where my opinions were not valued, and it was so refreshing to feel like I could speak up and people were receptive.
Cons
When I started there was a different leadership team that were very hard to work with. But the new leadership team has really turned things around and they've done a lot to make it a great place to work.
There are no pros, honestly. They operate in absolute chaos plus on top of that, utilise time and activity trackers + jira + clickup + notion etc. etc.
Cons
Salary is always late, there are very few vacation days per year + if you don't use them they don't want to repay them. No equipment provided. No management support. Pure chaos.
