Pros
I feel like I got lucky with the manager and team I had. They were all down to earth and treated you like a human rather than a worker. The work was pretty dull, but you got to listen to music/podcasts so that was nice. The office was relaxed, so you didn't have to wear business casual and you could bring a blanket. Free coffee was provided and the CEO brought donuts most Fridays.
Cons
Though the job wasn't difficult, the pay was not a livable wage. There was a slow season and busy season. Busy seasons usually required overtime to some degree. Slow season might send you home early and your paycheck ends up smaller. Everyone thought IT was incompetent with keeping the system and network running.
