Pros
Team members are encouraged to self-manage, learn and be creative. The President treats everyone with respect and makes us feel appreciated. Hard work and proactive efforts are rewarded. Everyone gets along well enough to hangout after we leave the office. Most of the work is done remotely or on the client's site, so we save tremendous amounts of time from not having to meet physically at the office every day.
Cons
Oracle was dominating the majority of our projects, but we've added more consultants to our team with various skill sets and experience. We aim to expand outside of Oracle, and take on more Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics and Cloud Computing projects with Azure, AWS and Google environments in addition to our Oracle projects.
