      Night shifts, toxic work culture and management that seems completely out of touch make the situation even more frustrating especially when some of the leadership, including a key figure based in India, consistently demonstrates poor judgment and lack of direction.

      There are some very nice, talented people on staff.

      Cons

      ZERO work-life balance. There is a very toxic culture at work here. They turn a blind eye to employee toxicity - and even promote it in many cases. If you have opinions of your own, and value them, run away because upper management only wants you to agree with them. If you're a woman who has her own thoughts and opinions - run far and fast.
