Pros
--great career growth opportunity: you can accelerate much faster than at other companies but it's on you: you can take the bull by the horn and run with it and the managers will support you. BUT you have to be self-motivated. --very diverse, global team: lots of perspectives (and respect for those perspectives). Fun learning about each other's cultures. --VERY client-oriented and this spills into the way they think about themselves as a company, and how to best serve the employees: how can we improve? what could we be doing better? --very supportive and caring teammates --very flexible in terms of work hours
Cons
--Communication: still being worked on but being fully remote, it's tricky. Would be great if we had a more consistent policy/ guidelines --hours can be long (it's a startup) --the same client-oriented Pro can sometimes be a Con if you are market support because the team is still small. Hopefully, as we get more market support, hours will come down.
