Pros

Ability to work from home

Cons

Benefits are high. Upper management does not care at all about anyone... they under pay the nurses and dump work on anyone who does a good job... they don’t reward people who work hard! Not every position is bonus eligible! They micromanage everything and lower level leaders have little to no say is how to run their teams... The company focuses on gobbling up every small Company they can, are not prepared for the mergers and once they get your company, they will literally fire more than half Of the employees...mid to upper management doesn’t listen and often talk to staff like they are morons.. they treat people terrible then expect you to kiss their feet because you have a job

Pros

Hybrid model, some remote days

Cons

- flexibility is not that apparent-the demand of cases and workload do not allow flexibility - driving beyond what was initially discussed and beyond region hired for. - unrealistic expectations from seniors - Case managers albeit autonomous, are expected to find own coverages with minimal help, taking PTO is exhausting and painful , curated in a way that discourages case managers to take PTO. Even on PTO - you cannot be fully away from reports and emails. - unclear goals, despite high quality documentation, meeting deadlines, moving cases forward - unclear warnings and placed on improvement plans that do no good - audit and metrics are only about case per hour per week
