Management is among the worst I have ever experienced - IT Engineer Paradigm Employee Review

Where to begin..... Management is beyond awful, mainly in IT, but pretty much all over that place. I was happy at the company for the first couple years, only to have know it all (at least they think) executives make tech calls outside of their wheelhouse, and project requests that made no sense. The company does not care one bit about their employees, and compensation is mediocre at best. Stay far away, unless really desperate.
