The main challenge right now is that the team is slightly understaffed. While we manage to keep things running smoothly, having one more team member would help distribute the workload more evenly and reduce some of the day-to-day pressure. Bringing someone else on board would definitely enhance the overall dynamic and improve productivity.

Interesting industry, some extremely smart people on the team, and generally fantastic company culture.
