      Pros

      Financially sound company. Solid pay and benefits. Available overtime if needed. Great service managers on the front lines in Saugerties who will work with you and help you with a workload that is sometimes very heavy. Annual Bonus. Annual raises.

      Cons

      Too much of the time, running a skeleton crew. Hard to attract and retain high quality employees, which makes it difficult for others in the office. Certain toxic personalities within the office. The amount of work is sometimes tremendous, and negative, toxic attitudes only make it more difficult.
