I enjoy working at Parachute due to the people I work with. The company is supportive of their team and tries to create a collaborative environment where everyone feels part of the team. I have always felt encouraged, thanks to the leadership's dedication to continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture. It is smaller than other employers I have worked for, but it has been a positive change for me.
