Pay for some positions is at or above market. Benefits are excellent.
Cons
Leadership is concerned with alignment with parent company, no longer a culture of service and delivery for the customer. Focus is on headquarters objectives, even if they are in direct violation of contracts or successful business relationships. If it didn't come from Houston it is not to be considered or performed.
