The culture at Paq-Source is the best and unlike anywhere I have ever worked. The environment allows you to be who you are and thrive in a fast paced, work hard, play hard setting. Caitlin cares for each and every employee. She wants everyone to be successful and empowers those around her to better the company through providing the best service possible. Every department has a customer-centric approach to getting the job done with the customer's best interests at heart. Every person on the team cares about what they do. Their passion to make big things happen under extreme pressures is a testament to how the culture is embedded in the every day life at Paq-Source. Feedback from employees is not only wanted but continually requested. It is a team in every sense of the word. Amazing place to work for those that want to get their hands dirty and make great things happen.

Current climate in the packaging industry is making it increasingly difficult to provide the same level of service due to outside variables. Paq-Source continues to push the same service level regardless. This puts more pressure on the team to be creative in their approach to problem solving.
