Great Team Dedicated to Building Product - ML Engineer Paperspace Employee Review

Outside of being a startup founder, Paperspace is the most fulfilling work I've ever done. I'm surrounded by brilliant people working on insanely difficult problems. I'm given the freedom to tackle the challenges facing my role with autonomy and my hard work is recognized by my peers and the founders. I feel fortunate to work with users and customers that are on the bleeding edge of ML and HPC.

Currently, I have no negative feedback for our company and work environment.

The Paperspace team is made of up smart, capable and innovative individuals that I've been really glad to have the chance to work with. Everyone works really hard and it shows -- I'm really proud of what we've accomplished. There's also a lot of room for growth and learning. It's been a great place to work and I've felt very supported and heard. In the past three years I've seen so much exciting progress and growth, but the future of Paperspace is even more exciting.

Being remote for a while I felt far from the team, but steps are being taken to improve remote culture.
