The team at Paperspace is amazing! The people here are incredibly talented and driven and great communication across the company allows ideas to flow and impact to be seen quickly. There is lots of opportunity to make an impact at this company where what you do on a day-to-day basis can impact the users of the platform quickly.

The people at Paperspace are the reason I come here every day. Every one is different and has something to bring to the team. I learn something new every day. It's exciting to work in an environment where we're able to build something and have ownership and authority over our work.

Not necessarily a con, but a note about startups in general. They all go through growing pains and confusion when building a team and product, but that's sometimes what makes it interesting. At Paperspace, you're solving new problems and facing new challenges every day, but this type of environment might not be for everyone.
