There is a lot of flexibility in the sales organization regarding how you balance and manage your time if you are hitting your number. We have all the tools we need to be successful, including some of the top sales productivity tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, and more.

This is not a company where you can clock in and out of a 9-5. The entire company culture is all about being gritty and figuring out problems proactively. It's expected that everyone is highly productive, which allows us to scale with a lean and mean team. Not the right fit for many people in that regard. It's a complicated solution to sell and involves a deep understanding of the industry. The personas we sell to are also difficult (think old-school, salt of the earth, blue-collar workers).
