Great people. Great management. Great benefits. Paid well. Progression opportunities, especially in the first few years with the company. Many events & activities inside & outside of work. Safe facility. Teamwork. People care. Always improving.
Cons
Some variability in workload in production with slow or busy periods. It allows for variability in tasks & gives time to rest/train/work on projects when slower. Overtime is often available for those who want it. It's a great place to work for the many reasons listed above.
