Pros

* Upper management really cares about the team and their clients. * They prefer to promote from within, and almost everyone in a leadership role started as a normal hire. * Open to remote work, even before COVID, with a portion of the team residing out of state. * Great benefits, with 35 hour weeks, bonuses, company trips, and events. * Competitive pay and raises based on your skillsets. * Highly talented team on all levels, and they welcome and foster newcomers.

Cons

* Florida is hot and humid. * Most of them will beat you in FIFA without trying. Jokes aside, there honestly aren't any cons with the company or the people who work there.

Pros

I joined PaperStreet as a junior developer helping with basic web development who was eager for industry experience. I have now been at PaperStreet going on 8 years. PaperStreet helped guide me from a junior level developer with minimal experience to an industry expert. Some of my favorite highlights of working here are below. 1) The team is very close and get along well. As a smaller company we have a great culture that you would not typically see in larger corporations. 2) Our remote team flies in multiple times a year so I know everyone I work with first hand even if they are not local. 3) Senior level employees are willing to help and guide the more junior level employees so everyone is constantly learning. 4) We don't have the notoriously long days you do at other agencies. 5) Directors are proactive in handling client issues. 6) Management is willing to work with you and help you down a career path that interests you most.

Cons

There are no major cons or gripes with working here. As with all smaller businesses that continue to grow each year, there are some minor growing pains that each additional hire helps.
