- Customer experience is at the heart of all actions. - Results are important like in any company but to find a company so driven on caring about their customers and focused on continuous improvement of that experience is golden. - Great company culture where real care and considerations for employees and overall wellbeing are taken seriously. - Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth, both personally and professionally - Company understands work-life balance and actually respects that - Culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests - You get to work with top thought leaders, smart, collaborative, willing to share (seldom found in many companies) - Our clients are top name brands and we are doing incredible things that impact the way business is done across the world while contributing to the environment. That's powerful! (and meaningful)

Cons

While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that. This growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is highly recognized at PaperCut.

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
