- True start up culture - leadership wants to hear from employees and genuinely cares for the people - Innovative in every way from the product to the employee benefit offerings - Everyone is so welcoming and friendly which brings a real feeling of family and unity within the company - Everything I was told in my recruiting process was true - that doesn't happen often! My interviewers were transparent and clear in who PaperCut is and where my role sits within where they want to be which gave me a real sense of purpose and feeling of worth right from the offer stage
Cons
- The communication from HQ in Melbourne to Bracknell can be lost. It would be great to have high level leadership updates in the bi-weekly meetings that we have insight into what is happening at a global company level
