Secondly we don't work 24/7 so second lie of yours. We never stop anyone's salary until its a termination case and for that also we have a Legal Advocate along with HR speaks with the associate and close the case. We do take Original certificate however we never force anyone it will be by their own will that they deposit and it is one of the policy as we want career oriented and guys who are sure what they have to do to work with us and for long time. We have 40% of our employees who have completed their 5 Years, that itself shows that people are happy with us that is why they stay and have grown with us. Request you not to spread these kind of false and baseless information as it has effects on companies reputation and we will not take it.
