      Pros

      Good worklife balance if you set boundaries with my particular client. Pay was good for my contract. I liked that I had autonomy.

      Cons

      Corporate support was non-existent. Don't expect much upward mobility.

      Pros

      Used to be a thriving company, Enjoyable place to work (corp office at least).

      Cons

      New management came in a DESTROYED the business. Culture became toxic and people started to leave - then the business was sold
