Poor management at the store and at the HQ level, Dont treat staff as people-cant have an off or bad day without YOU getting in trouble for it/straight refusal, Overworked and underpaid Mostly only hire women, High sales targets for 4 hrs (750), No regard that their staff is human, No benefits, no commission, No overtime pay, just time off in lieu.
