Pros

Location. Great clients to work with

Cons

Upper management seems more worried about their upcoming happy hours then the clients. Nickel and dime the clients until the point they leave. No room for advancement. Very hostile place to work. Upper management not very professional. Had a deck for employees to work from but would get reprimanded if they did. Would get bossed around by a manager that only appears once or twice a week for half a work day.

Proactive approach to solving and preventing problems. Flexible work schedule. Team members and management work collaboratively to resolve issues. Working at Panthera provides the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies.

Pros

What an outstanding group of people. Starting at the top with the owner. Everyone is enthusiastic, works hard and constantly looks for ways to improve. The 2nd floor office is nice and includes an outside deck. A great spot for lunch or the occasional office meeting. Panthera is well respected in the region with long time clients that draw on the companies advising and engineering expertise. The company has been named one of the countries fasted growing companies for a few years in a row. The leadership has a great strategy for continual growth. Something great to be a part of.

Cons

Panthera Technologies is still a smaller company. So if you are looking to join a giant corporation and be identified as a number...don't look to Panthera for that type of position.
