Pros

Great people to work with! This company has great benefits and work environment and is one of the best run places I have ever worked at. I think some of the old reviews pertain to a different company, or are entirely bogus.

Cons

There aren't any that I can think of

Pros

I have to say that I enjoyed working for this company more than I have any other company as a graphic designer. It's a family owned/run commercial printing business. They produce high quality materials, genuinely care about the products they put out as well as their customers and employees. Management always had an open door policy and made you feel comfortable talking to them about anything. I lived too far to continue making the commute but I would highly recommend them as an employer.

Cons

The room for the graphic designers needed different color walls.

Pros

Some of the best management I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Great coworkers. There's a reason that most of the employees have worked there for so long. It's a team environment where when mistakes are made, the focus is resolving them and not spending massive amounts of time placing blame. It's family owned and the owner and his son (production manager) really care about the business and the employees. They are always available to listen and help if you utilize that availability. The product is also quality and they truly care about that quality. Compensation was fair.

Cons

The inter-employee communication isn't as solid as it could be. There is the typical complaining behind backs, but when it gets too bad, management is always accessible to help resolve any issues. As with any job there are always exceptions of course. but really this isn't something that could be considered a con as you will never not have this issue.
