Amazing Culture & People: The culture at Pantheon is reflected in the people. I absolutely love my team and have had great experiences with every cross-functional group I’ve interacted with. This makes me very happy and motivated :) ! Supportive Leadership: Leadership is amazing and provides clear direction and support. This is true from my direct leaders and all the way up. Best Onboarding I’ve Had: The hiring process was quick and HR was always on top of updates, but the onboarding was the standout. It was the most organized experience I’ve had—having clear 30, 60, and 90-day goals made it so much easier to understand exactly what I needed to do to be successful here. Product Confidence: 100% confident in the product itself.
