Convenient Timing, Awesome work culture, and manager

The company is still figuring out its culture.

Great benefits, pay was competitive but seems to have changed. CEO seems to be pushing company in the right direction.

Was told by several times by higher ups that they would not interview current employees for AE, AM, or PM roles. They almost exclusively hire out side candidates for roles they should be allowing SDRs to interview for.
