Non leadership was great to work.
Cons
Company most likely won't last and has made bad financial decisions that led to the multiple reorganizations. Stretch people to thin and then wonder why things aren't working and why the company sinks farther and farther into the red. Like previous reviews have said, they cut people before bonus payouts to save what little money they have.
