No work life balance, lot of work

I really get to learn a lot. I get to work on awesome projects and know about how the life cycle of a software product works. I got the experience of working in a team environment and helping other colleagues.

The chance to work here comes with an initial salary of around 15k along with 2 years service agreement. This can be considered as negative point, but as PSS is a startup, so it makes sense.
