      Friendly team and located near transportation

      Cons

      Executive team that isn't transparent, no HR department, no communication about your pay or benefits, and eliminates newly hired staff after only a few months. CEO has failed to understand how to sell, market or create products.

      Thanks for taking the time to leave this feedback. You are correct, the HR services that were being provided by an external team were not meeting the high-bar we expect from Panoply. We have since added an in-house HR division dedicated to Employees well being and personal development, company activities, and obviously - benefits & compensation.Ayelet Bitan, HR Manager

      Pros

      Decent and smart coworkers. Fully remote working environment. Health benefits. 401k plan with no matching. Base component of compensation was paid out on time.

      Cons

      The startup and its parent company Sqreamtech are struggling, so American applicants should not expect any job security while working here. It seems to be on its last legs.
