I don't have any cons

I've worked with Panna first as a freelancer and now as a full-time employee basically since the company's formation. It's a very comfortable environment, particularly for a start-up. As long as you deliver, you're good. There's no weirdness where you feel like you have to be in the office 80 hours a week to keep up appearances. Everyone's good about keeping time-suck meetings to a minimum so people can get their actual jobs done. Management is highly accessible, and has always been quick to address to any concerns.

We've been offering out of a pretty lame shared tech startup space. There hasn't been enough room for us and the vibe is pretty uninspiring. Moving to new space soon, and have reasonably high expectations it will be a lot better.
