Pros
The team is very international and making children's products can be a lot of fun if you are into that.
Cons
Management is utterly incompetent and inhumane. Promises to employees are regularly broken and management seems to pride itself on putting up a collegial/friendly face while exploiting employees as if they were an adversary and laughing behind their backs on how stupid they are, e.g. when they negotiated their salaries (first-hand witness).
