Pros
There are still some good employees left that have not been fired or layed off. Those that are still there are just waiting for the economy to turn around.
Cons
Terrible work life balance. Excessive planning that Panduit cannot support internally. They cut back on the things they need to spend money on. Too policy and procedure driven. They prohibit themselves from being too successful because of this.
