My time at Pandora was prior to SiriusXM acquisition. Many smart and high quality colleagues, particularly in design, data science and engineering. Several very strong executive leaders.
Cons
Caliber of talent varied by team, some pockets of average talent. Junior ICs needed more coaching than at major tech firms, with some exceptions.
