- Incredible people. - I had an incredible manager who helped me develop myself inside and outside work. - Plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies and acceptance of innovation. Great environment to innovate and grow. - I enjoyed the company culture a lot
Cons
- There is no clear goal or vision of where the product is going. - No good balance between innovation and survivorship. Reactivity instead of proactivity takes place in a lot of situations where the latter could lead to much more significant benefits in the long term.
