      Pros

      work culture is good and more professional . It is a place to learn and helpful in increasing your technical knowledge especially for freshers. There is not hierarchy based work culture here which makes it easier to approach anyone . Everyone is very helpful here in helping with the work and tasks given.

      Cons

      There might be some strict and immediate deadlines on some requirements , which might cause a disturbance in work life balance , but are just once in a while
