      exposure to the finest in cutting edge branding and package design, a lot of autonomy, no micromanagement, close-knit staff, casual and relaxed work environment. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      super long hours, a little behind on web technology, communication is not always great between staff and management - nothing unusual with small companies.
