Great Company - Data Architect Pandata (Germany) Employee Review

I started at Pandata as a summer intern and came back a few months later as a working student. Even though I started remotely I got integrated very fast and felt welcome. Gladly I was able to finish the last weeks of my internship in Berlin where I was able to meet everyone and experience the company culture in person. A few positive things that come to my mind when thinking abut Pandata are: - employee development is a high priority - being entrusted with challenging tasks from day one - feedback is always appreciated - fun and supportive environment

Sadly I don't study in Berlin, so I work remotely and cannot visit the office too often. Other then that there is nothing I could complain about.

Pandata creates a special work environment built upon trust, knowledge-sharing, and learning. It provides its employees with great freedom and flexibility to pursue various topics of interests, both on a personal and professional levels, all while gaining new skills in technical, intellectual, and communicational aspects. The team is made out of great people who are always willing to help. Moreover, it has an amazing benefit system going beyond renumeration!
