Pros

I'd like to say that it used to be a company with a great culture, but those times have irrevocably passed. It's good to know that each team still has a few decent professionals and humans.

Cons

I understand that this message may be disheartening to write. However, it has been repeatedly brought to the attention of senior management that the company, with over 800 employees, is no longer operating as a startup. The current model cannot effectively support such a large workforce. Certain departments are experiencing delays and hindering the progress of others. Instead of addressing uncomfortable issues, the focus seems to be on personal gain and preserving individual positions, which is concerning. It is ironic how the fight for democracy has transformed into complete autocracy and chaos within the scope of its responsibility. Rather than focusing on "country", one should begin with establishing transparent processes within their own company. The significant number of layoffs in the US market in a single day is a clear indicator of how people have become mere bargaining chips. The process of reviewing and increasing compensation has been extremely challenging. Work-life balance is non-existent, and there is a pervasive sense of hypocrisy. Many departments are being managed by young and inexperienced individuals who unfortunately prioritize their own decisions over the well-being of the company.

Pros

Good people. A good product. That's about it.

Cons

PandaDoc treats people like expendable cogs. They expect each individual to take on the responsibilities of 6 different roles. There is no work/life balance. Employees don't feel like they can take time off because the workload is so intense. Leadership expects AI to solve everything with no real plan or strategy on how to scale AI usage. Each week is a sprint to get projects done amidst ridiculous deadlines. There is no defined product roadmap, so everyone is flying blind as priorities constantly shift. Leadership is never held accountable. All in all, this is an incredibly toxic work environment. If you're a recent college grad, this is a good place for you. Anyone tenured, experienced, etc. avoid this company at all costs.
