Pros

It’s always going to be remote.

Cons

This company is so discombobulated, no one works with each other and the company culture is definitely geared around the words “this isn’t my job” or “this isn’t my problem”. Not sure how this company intends to grow when no team works with each other or wants to work with each other. Everyone is quite stand-offish, uninterested in getting to know you and there is a strong sense of arrogance amongst seniors who don’t want to see change. By far, this is the worst work experience of my life.

Pros

Good people. A good product. That's about it.

Cons

PandaDoc treats people like expendable cogs. They expect each individual to take on the responsibilities of 6 different roles. There is no work/life balance. Employees don't feel like they can take time off because the workload is so intense. Leadership expects AI to solve everything with no real plan or strategy on how to scale AI usage. Each week is a sprint to get projects done amidst ridiculous deadlines. There is no defined product roadmap, so everyone is flying blind as priorities constantly shift. Leadership is never held accountable. All in all, this is an incredibly toxic work environment. If you're a recent college grad, this is a good place for you. Anyone tenured, experienced, etc. avoid this company at all costs.
