Pros

• New equipment and advanced technologies. • Friendly staff and colleagues (most of them). • Annual company vacation in Greece, but it comes out of personal vacation days and holiday pay. • The QA team leader and the team itself are very kind. The team leader is considerate of personal events and emergencies. • Gift vouchers on birthdays and sometimes during holidays. • The work is conducted in English, which is a good practice for those who don’t use the language daily.

Cons

• The location in Haifa is not very convenient. • Low Cibus budget (100 NIS per week). • Very low salary with no raises. • Social isolation, with almost no social activities. • Teams tend to stick to themselves, with very little interaction between different teams. • There is a sense of hostility toward younger employees, with little encouragement for socializing. Friendships, especially among younger workers, are often discouraged. • The management is very strict and can be unpleasant at times, particularly in HR and finance. • During the company vacation, there is very little free time, and if you skip a social activity (even for medical or personal reasons), it is frowned upon. • Full sick pay only starts from the third day.

Pros

The office was conveniently located, the hours were reasonable, and I occasionally worked from home. The company organized annual trips abroad and provided gifts on holidays, which was a nice touch.

Cons

I worked at PandaTS for over a year and a half, and unfortunately, I struggled to find growth opportunities. While the salary was reasonable for the region, it lacked competitiveness. The company emphasized a 'family' culture, but in reality, management often treated employees as expendable. Development and career progression were not a priority, and raises were out of the question—many colleagues, including myself, didn’t even bother asking. Ultimately, it was not an environment where I could see long-term potential
