      Many good decent people that work for the company. Hardworking and loyal.

      Cons

      Cultish culture, forced Landmark education programs. Favoritism is prevalent and they don't attempt to hide it. Too many employees worshiping the CEO. Company is run like a small communist nation.

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
