      It's only good if you wanted to have EXPERIENCE because you will literally have lots of experience since they want you to do different work that's not in the job description.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Their mission and vision doesn't reflect on how they handle employees. I had dengue and have been admitted in the hospital yet they kept asking me when I will report to work.

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
