Pros

Decent pay compared to other food service jobs, good benefits, mostly flexible hours (for non-manager associates), emphasis on people development and promotions.

Cons

Insane workload and expectations. Managers endure intense training and the company has no genuine regard for work life balance. HUGE disconnect between operations and corporate. Pay is better than average food service jobs but still not enough for the physical and mental stress the job brings.
