Pros
You learn to get along a team environment that values goal-setting and being consistent in making improvements. You have to keep tabs of your daily and weekly progress in profit/loss statements as an AM. Every day is new and interesting. Free lunch, great benefits, and they invest in training you.
Cons
Lack of a work-life balance for management in addition to taking on multiple roles in one; less hours for associates. There's weekly schedule changes, very hierarchal system and way of doing things.. lack of innovation and room for development. Work politics ensues and lots of busywork..
