      Great culture. Founder and CEO really want to improve the quality of life for people. Growth opportunities in the US and globally, no real competition in the restaurant industry so great potential.

      Cons

      Lack of resources. Tend to take on too much without addressing the human resources need.

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
