The pay is good if your a student or young adult who doesnt have alot of financial responsibilities. There are also bonus opputunities Panda has good health benefits etc.
Cons
Management are really picky when it comes to promoting people. They want you to live by their Panda Culture and values without no say so about it. Managment Are blind to the hard working employees who actually want to move up in the company.
