      Customizable meals You can control: * portion size (bowl vs plate) * sides (rice vs greens) * sauces That flexibility matters a lot for nutrition.

      Cons

      Very high sodium This is the biggest issue. * Some meals can hit or exceed 2,300 mg (a full day’s limit) * Even “healthier” items can still be salty

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
