Good pay for fast food

Did not properly train me and reprimanded me for doing things wrong, even when asked for clear instructions. The GM told me she saw the employees as her children, but treated us condescendingly such as embarrassing us in front of others and customers. I was once yelled at by the assistant manager for drinking water on the clock. They will interrupt your break or barge into the bathroom to ask you for help during a rush. I was also interrogated by the GM when I told her I was quitting. Terrible environment if you’re hard of hearing bc there is so much loud, ambient noise and I was criticized on my facial expressions because I was trying to focus. The managers had no problem showing they didn’t like certain employees but wanted them to be “enthusiastic, talkative, and friendly” without showing genuine care. GM also cares more about reviews and surveys than employee wellbeing.

Pros

No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

Cons

If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
