      East training, shifts go by quick

      Managers rotate every so often, some are good and some are bad. Sucks when you go from a good manager to a bad or new one.

      Pros

      No Management is perfect. I just kept on working hard and looked at the positive side of things. Cracking jokes and respecting one another helped a lot during my work time with PRG.

      Cons

      If one is sensitive and focuses on the negative side of the business, one will not survive anywhere one works
