Pros
Panasonic Avionics cares about its employees and understands there is life outside of their doors. Good benefits and somewhat flexible hours for hourly employees. Salaried positions have unlimited vacation time.
Cons
Communication between departments used to be lacking, but they've taken steps to improve communication from the top -- which encourages better connection below. Now, they just need to work on all those acronyms and words that have different meaning in different departments.
